Part 1 - Interval training (5 mins)

5 Rounds: 50/10 sec intervals
50 sec: Backward Lunge & Kick (L)
10 sec: REST
50 sec: Backward Lunge & Kick (R)
10 sec: REST
50 sec: One Arm Press Up
10 sec: REST
50 sec: 2 Crab Kicks & Breakdance Pushup
10 sec: REST
50 sec: Pike Spring Handstand & Jump Squat
10 sec: REST

Part 2 - Time Challenge (5 mins)

One Leg Squat
Jump Tuck

Part 3 - Interval training (5 mins)
