Part 1 - Time Challenge (20 sets each)

Bridge & Chair Pull
Sandbag Squat Pulse (x10) & Jump Tuck
Broomstick Twist (20 each side)

Part 2 - Interval Skipping (4 min)

8 Rounds: 20/10 second intervals

20 sec: High Knees w/ Jump Rope
10 Sec: REST
