Instructions:

Part 1 - Time Challenge (30 sets)

Push Up Monkey Kick:
Plank backward
Push up
Power forward
1/2 cartwheel out (inside leg up/out)
1/2 cartwheel in (inside leg down/in)
Plank back

Part 2 - Interval Training (6 min)

18 Rounds: 15/5 sec intervals

15 sec: Mountain Climbers
5 sec: Cartwheel

Part 3 - Time Challenge (50 sets)

Jump Lunge & Kick: Jump Lunge x 3
Kick up
