Sandbag Pullup, Stand up
Cross w/ alternate foot behind
Stand up, Pull up

50 sec: Cross Legged Burpees
10 sec: REST
50 sec: Sandbag Squat (L Shoulder)
10 sec: REST
50 sec: Sandbag Squat (R Shoulder)

Part 2 - Time Challenge (15 sets)

2 Jump Squats
1 Jump Tuck
Plank Back
3 Pushups
Plank Forward
