Instructions:

4 rounds of

1) 10 reps of Canadian Dips
2) 20 reps of Squats and Step Ups
3) 10 reps of Lunges and Push Ups Exercise
(Put your right foot up on the chair behind you and do 2 lunges on one leg, then put both feet up on the chair and do one elevated push up. Switch the legs and repeat the same thing on the other leg. Each push up counts as 1 rep)
