1) Snowboarder – 20 reps
2) Pull Ups – 5 reps
3) Side V- Crunch – 10 reps on each side
4) Dive Bombers – 10 reps
5) Hanging Knee Raises – 10 reps
6) One leg Side lunge and Back Lunge Jump – 10 reps on each leg
7) One Leg Burpee with Santana Zuzana Push up – 5 reps on each side
8) One Leg Squat to Roll Back – 5 reps on each leg
