2) Pull Ups – 5 reps

3) One Leg Squat to Roll Back – 5 reps on each leg
4) Side V- Crunch – 10 reps on each side
5) Dive Bombers – 10 reps
6) Hanging Knee Raises – 10 reps
7) One leg Side lunge and Back Lunge Jump – 10 reps on each leg
8) One Leg Burpee with Santana Zuzana Push up – 5 reps on each side
