Instructions:

1) Skipping (free style, try variations, be fast) 40 seconds
Chin Ups (as many reps as you can do) 20 seconds
2) Skipping – 40 seconds
Push Ups – 20 seconds
3) Skipping – 40 seconds
Reversed Push Ups – 20 seconds
4) Skipping – 40 seconds
Hanging Knee Raises – 20 seconds
