1. Flying Jump Lunges
2. Side Burpees
3. Side Lunge Touch Down
4. Squat and Leg Lift (with sandbag)
5. Leg Lift and Toe Touch
6. Crazy Bootcamp Exercise
(jump up, get on your mat, roll over, power up)
