Instructions:

Part1

4 minutes of

6 reps of Side to Side Push Ups, 6 reps of Side to Side Jump Tucks (each 6 reps count as 1 rep)

Part 2

8 rounds of 20/10 secs intervals

1) High Knees
2) Mountain Climbers

Part 3

4 minutes of

5 reps of Sandbag Clean, 5 reps of Sandbag Front Squat
(each 5 reps count as 1 rep)
