Instructions:

As many rounds in 10 minutes:

1) Santana push up to 180 burpee - 10 reps
2) Sumo Squat (x3) to jump tuck - 10 reps
3) Crab toe touch - 30 reps, alt.
4) Low jacks - 20 reps
