4) Ninja Jump Ticks - 10 reps
5) Ab Splitters - 10 reps
6) Jump Tuck Pistol Squats - 10 reps
7) Kick-Ups (5) Into Breakdance Push-Up - 10 reps
8) Jump Squat Side Kicks - 10 reps
9) Dive Bomber Burpees - 10 reps
10) H/R Push-Up to One-leg Jump - 10 reps
