Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 15 minutes:

1) OH jump lunge (3) to Pistol Squat - 10 reps
2) 3 Elevated Pike press to 30-sec plank hold
3) Forward/Backward Chair Lunge - 10 reps
4) Alt. Single-side Tricep Dips - 10 reps
