Instructions:

3 rounds as fast as you can:

1) Single-leg burpees - 10 reps
2) Weighted deadlift - 10 reps
3) Low-jacks(10) with clapping push-up - 10 reps
4) Weighted lunges - 10 reps each side
5) Chair step-up into dragon lunge - 10 reps
6) V-hold - 1 minute
