Melt Fat Fast with Jump Rope Circuit Workout edit

Instructions:

1, 2, 3 or 4 rounds of

1) high knees - 1 minute
2) sit-up - lay down - butt lift (3 times)
place your hands to the ground, jump into the plank
3 push-ups
jump your feet forward, lay down
- repeat this circuit 10 times
3) skipping on 1 leg - 30 seconds each leg
4) step back to a lunge and lean forward, stand up, do a half-way pistol squat
12 reps total on each leg
5) scissors with jump rope - 1 minute
6) burpee with 4 leg lifts - 5 reps
