Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes

1) Chair dips - 10 reps
2) One leg elevated lunge jump - left leg - 10 reps
3) One leg elevated lunge jump - right leg - 10 reps
4) Chair hops - 10 reps
5) Elevated plank knee tucks - 10 reps
