Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes.

1) One arm kettlebell swings - 10 reps
2) 1 burpee
3) Figure 8 Squat - 10 reps
4) 1 burpee
5) Touch the kettlebell push up - 10 (alt arms)
6) 1 burpee
