Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes

1) 1 leg deadlift + side kick + get down + front kick - 5 sets on each leg
2) Crab toe touch + 1 leg push up - 5 sets on each side
3) Plank + jump to 1 side + jump back + side plank knee tuck - 5 sets on each side
