kettlebell, circuit
Instructions:

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

1) Lunge to push up knee tuck combo - 6 reps, alternating legs
2) One arm kettlebell swing - 10 reps, alternating arms
3) Jump lunge kick up - 6 reps
