5 Minute Hotel Room Workout from Montreal edit

Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes (you can do it 3-4 times if you want to burn more calories)

1) Leg elevated hip raises - 20 reps
2) Hand release push ups - 10 reps
3) One leg elevated lunge - 20 / 20 (each leg)
4) One leg elevated pike press to plank knee tuck - 5/5 (each leg)
