2) Jump lunge side kick - 20 reps alt
3) Scorpio push up to plank knee tuck - 20 reps alt.
4) Pistol squat jump up - 20 reps alt.
5) Side plank Leg lift/hip raise 180 Burpee - 20 reps alt.
