no jumping, no equipment, circuit
Instructions:

1) Curtsy lunge leg lift - 20 reps on each leg
2) One leg bridge to knee tap bridge alt. legs - 20 reps
3) Elevated heel squats - 20 reps on each leg
4) One Leg deadlift - 10 reps on each leg
5) Knee supported plank leg lift - 30 reps on each leg
