Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes

1) Roll back to Pistol Squat - 4 alt. legs
2) Rocky sit ups - 10 reps
3) Roll back to Pistol squat - 4 alt. legs
4) One leg bridge - 10 alt. legs
