weights, no jumping, circuit
Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes:

1) Squat & twist overhead press - 12 reps alt.
2) Forward/back lunge with dumbbell curl - 5/5
3) Kneeling heel lifts (x5) to kneeling push up - 6 sets
4) Kneeling side plank leg lifts - 10/10 reps
5) Shoulder lift (x5) / Butt lift (x5) - 5 sets
