Instructions:

Complete 1 round for time:

1) Bridge - 20 reps
2) Swimming (chest lift, single leg lifts) - 10 reps
3) In and out bridge - 20 reps
4) Cross ankle heel raises - 20/20
5) One leg bridge with knee tuck alt. - 20 reps
6) Wag the tail leg lifts - 20 reps
7) Side crunch - 20/20
8) Plank up to kneeling push up - 10 reps
