Instructions:

As many tounds as possible in 15 minutes:

1) Squat leg lift - 12 reps
2) Hip raises - 20 reps + 20 reps at the top
3) Knee supported side plank leg lift - 10/10 reps
4) Kneeling push ups - 10 reps
5) Leg extension to high plank - 10/10 reps
