weights, kettlebell, circuit
Instructions:

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

1) Weighted jump junge (x3) to static lunge on toes (x3) - 6 sets
2) Weighted (dumbbells) kick back to side kick - 10/10 reps
3) Curtsy lunge side kick / Tippy toe bottom squat jumps (x3) - 10 sets
4) Weighted (optional) tippy toe jump jack squats - 20 reps
5) Pass under KB squat to jump - 10 reps alt
