Instructions:

1) 9 high knees + egg with jump rope - 10 sets (100 total)
2) Bodyweight Rock bottom squat - 30 reps
3) 10 high knees + 2 eggs with jump rope - 10 sets (120 total)
4) Bodyweight stationary lunge - 20 reps on each leg
5) 10 high knees + 2 eggs + 10 jumps feet together + 2 eggs with jump rope - 5 sets

Repeat #2 - #5
