no jumping, no equipment, circuit
Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 15 minutes or 4 rounds of

1) lunge forward + lunge back - 10 reps each leg
2) knee tuck + knee tuck from the outside + push-up - 6 reps (alt legs)
3) side lunge + touch the ground - 20 reps each leg
