Instructions:

1 round, but you can repeat this 3 times if you want to challenge yourself

1) One leg bridge to sit up L+R - 20 reps alternating (optional add weights)
2) Leg extension to high plank – left 10 reps
3) Leg extension to high plank – right 10 reps
4) Plank jack to side stretch – alt sides 10 reps
