no jumping, no equipment, circuit
Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes:

1) Dynamic push ups on yoga blocks - 5 reps
2) Bicycle toe touch - 10 reps
3) Side plank lift (x2) to plank side knee tuck/plank side kick - 5/5 reps
