3) 10 Side Burpee Knee Tuck
4) 10 Burpee Step Up (no jump)
5) 10 Burpee Roll Over (no pushup)
6) 10 Sumo Burpees: 2 pushup w/ Elbow Lift
Plank Forward
2 Sumo Squat (no jump)
7) 10 Burpee Pull Up
8) 10 1/2 Burpee & Side Jump: Plank B/F Side Jump
