Instructions:

5 40/10 seconds intervals

1) One arm kettlebell row
2) Jump lunge heel lift
3) Kb swing to pendulum
4) Sumo jump squat and heel raise
5) Kb criss cross mountain climbers (x4) to standing overhead press
6) Laying legs lift (hips off the ground) to Kb sit up and overhead presst
