3 Sandbag Side Steps (on chair)
3 Back Lunge & Knee Ups
Drop Sandbag

Part 2 - Interval Training (4 mins)

6 Rounds: 30/10 sec intervals

30 sec: 3 Pike Jumps & 2 Walking Pushups
10 sec: REST

Part 3 - Time Challenge (50 reps)

50 Crab Toe Touch
