Part 2 - Interval training (4 mins)

12 Rounds: 15/5 sec intervals

15 sec: Low Jack Jumps (X3) & Jump Up
5 Sec: REST

Part 3 - Time Challenge (20 sets)

5 Crab Kick Ups
2 One Leg Breakdance Spins

Part 4 - Interval Training (4 mins)

12 Rounds: 10/10 sec intervals

10 sec: Jump Lunge
10 sec: Mountain Climber
