30 sec: F/B Sandbag Lunge
10 Sec: REST

Part 4 - Interval Training (6 mins)

12 Rounds: 25/5 sec intervals

25 sec: Hand-to-Foot Ball Pass
10 Sec: Roll Over
25 sec: Prisoner Squeeze & Ball Lift
