Part 1 - Interval Training (4 mins)

4 Rounds: 50/10 second intervals

50 sec: Crab Toe Touch
10 Sec: REST
50 sec: Dive Bomber
10 sec: REST

Part 2 - Interval Training (2 mins)

6 Rounds: 10/10 sec intervals

10 sec: Jump Lunge
10 sec: Mountain Climber

Part 3 - Interval Training (4 mins)

4 Rounds: 50/10 second intervals

50 sec: One Legged Squat & Pike Press
10 Sec: REST
50 sec: Jump Squat, Knee to Elbow (L, R)
10 sec: REST
