3) 30 Super Girl Squat:
1/2 Pistol Squat
Swing extended leg back
Torso --> parallel to ground

4) 30 Diving Knee Tucks:
Pike Position
Knee Tuck (L) and (R)
Dive Bomber

5) 30 Low Jack Jump Tuck
6) 30 3D Push Ups (Dynamo: Jump apart on down)
7) 30 One Leg Jump & 1/2 Squat
8) 30 Ab Chopper: Situp pointing (L), (R) & Straight
9) 30 Sumo Squat & Knee Tuck Torso Twist
10) 30 Plank Lift Off:
Plank Forward
Plank Apart
Jump Off
