Instructions:

4 rounds of

1) 20 Low Jacks
2) 6 Pike Presses
3) 30 Mountain Climbers
4) 10 Triceps Leg Lifts
5) 10 Superman Lifts
Roll Over
6) 20 Toe Touches
7) 10 Leg Lifts.
Now reverse the order and go back to the beginning:
8) 20 Toe Touches
Roll Over
9) 10 Superman Lifts
10) 10 Triceps Leg Lifts
11) 30 Mountain Climbers
12) 6 Pike Presses
13) 20 Low Jacks
