Instructions:

5 rounds of

5 Ninja Jump Tucks
20 Bridge Leg Lifts
5 Dynamic Pushups:
Push Down (jump legs apart)
Push up (jump legs together)
20 One Arm One Leg Bridge:
Lay on back w/ one knee bent
Sit up, push off with opposite arm/leg
Kick leg and thrust pelvis upwards
10 One Legged Burpees (5 each leg)
