Instructions:

1) Skipping on one leg with a jump rope - 60 each leg
2) Explosive push-ups - 3 (or more if you are really strong :) )
3) Skipping on one leg with a jump rope - 60 each leg
4) Explosive push-ups - 3 (or more)
5) Box jump and step ups - repeat 10 times
(jump on the box, 5 step ups on each leg)
6) Explosive push-ups - 3 (or more)
7) Jump Lunges (with touching ground) - 30 reps
8) One Leg Pike Press - 5 reps each leg
