Part 1
8 rounds of 20/10 sec intervals

1) Push Ups On the Rings (or leg elevated push-ups)
2) Jump Lunges

Part 2

8 rounds of 20/10 sec intervals

1) Military Pull Ups
2) Low Jumping Jacks

Part 3

8 rounds of 20/10 sec intervals

1) Oblique Knee Raises on the Dip Station
2) High Knees with Jump rope
