Instructions:

6 rounds of 30/10 sec intervals

1) Roll Back and Jump
2) Side Leg Lifts
3) Scissors with Jump Rope
4) Sunflower Squat (with a kettlebell) - left
5) Sunflower Squat (with a kettlebell) - right
6) Sit Up (with a kettlebell)

repeat 5 times
