2) Slown Down Star Push Ups - 5 reps


3) Leg Lift Toe Touch - 6 rounds of 30/10 second intervals


4) Slow Down Pull Ups - 5 reps


5) Half Squat Leg Lift - 6 rounds of 30/10 second intervals
