Instructions:

1) High Knees – 500 reps
2) Leg Lift, Star Crunch and Butt lift as one exercise – 30 reps
3) Low Jacks – 500 reps
4) Side Plank Lift – 25 reps on each side
5) Scissors – 500 reps (each jump counts as 1 rep)
6) Hanging Knee Raises – 25 reps
