Part 2

8 rounds of 50/10 intervals

1. Elevated Push Up with Knee Tucks
2. Step Up – left leg
3. Step Up – right leg
4. Reverse Knee Tucks

Part 3

6 rounds of

1) 10 Mountain Climbers (2 jumps count as 1 rep)
2) 10 Jump Lunges
