18 rounds of 40/10 second exercises

1. Sumo Jump Squats
2. Power Push Ups
3. Squat to Pull Up
4. 2x Scissors and 2x Low Jacks (keep it low for max burn)
5. One leg Dive Bomber Push Up
6. Hanging Knee raises
