Part 1

16 rounds of 5 second and 10 second
10 sec - High Knees
5 sec - drop down on your belly

Part 2

30 sets of combo

squat, pick up sandbag, put in on your opposite shoulder, jump feet apart, squat, jump feet together, thorough sandbag, get into the plank, do a push-up, jump back up.
