30 sec: Ugi Pop, Jump Back & Twist
10 sec: REST
30 sec: Reverse Pushup
10 sec: REST
30 sec: Sandbag Side Lunge & Torso Twist (L)
10 sec: REST
30 sec: Sandbag Side Lunge & Torso Twist (R)
10 sec: REST
30 sec: Ugi Plank Jacks
10 sec: REST

Part 2 - Time Challenge (5 mins)

6 One-arm Ugi Pushup & Plank Forward
12 Ugi Jump Lunge
