Part 1 - Interval Training (4 mins)

8 Rounds: 20/10 sec intervals

50 sec: High Knees w/ Jump Rope
10 sec: REST

Part 2 - Interval Training (8 mins)

24 Rounds: 15/5 sec intervals

5 sec: Jump Tuck
15 sec: Reverse Mini Pushup
5 sec: Jump Tuck
15 sec: Ugi Squat Pulses
