Jump Forward
10 Sandbag Squat
2 Jumps backward

Part 2 - Interval Training (8 mins)

6 Rounds: 50/10 sec intervals
50 sec: Sandbag Swing
10 sec: REST
50 sec: Sandbag Situp
10 sec: REST
